Tour de France Here we Come

In conjunction with Cycle Training Wales and Steve James who attained the OCN Off Road Cycle Leader Training through Mentro Allan, seven ladies recently completed an intensive six week Complete Beginners Cycling course in Bargoed. Some of these ladies now attend the Mentro Allan cycling sessions held on a Thursday morning. Hazel Gapper, commented “I really enjoyed the course having not ridden a bike for years. It has given me the confidence to get back on a bike and enjoy the many cycle trails in and around the Bargoed area”. A special thanks also to Deborah Cox, Mentro Allan volunteer who assisted Steve in running the course. (see attached picture).
