Project Summary
This project aims to increase physical activity levels in young women aged 16 – 30, in using their natural outdoor environment as a venue. This project also aims to increase levels of confidence and wellbeing and help to implement sustainable healthy lifestyle changes. Opportunities for education and training will also be provided.

Current figures demonstrate a significant drop in levels of physical activity in young women. This has obvious implications on their long term health.

Providing outdoor activities will help us achieve the target of a 20% increase in general physical activity rates within this target group.
